CANCELLATION POLICY
We can accommodate an order cancellation request only in cases where the product(s) have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Please make the request to us by:

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been Shipped to you.

In order to cancel an item in your order:

Log into your Handikart account and go to the ‘My Orders’ page
Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding ‘View Details’ link
In the detailed order page, you will see ‘Cancel’ links against each of the items in that order
Click on the ‘Cancel’ link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation
Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Handikart.

RETURN POLICY : No Hassles Returns Policy

At Handikart, we want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. We believe that the creation of a bridge between consumers and world artists depends on high quality products and extraordinary customer service. If you aren’t satisfied with our products for any reason, we offer a no questions asked return policy, subject to goods being received in good undamaged condition.

How do I return an item delivered?

We will accept returns up to 7 days from the day that you receive your product. You can request a product return via either mode listed below:

Visit to Handikart Website, Go to the “Contact Us” section, Write us mail Subject “Return My Product” that you wish to return, and request for a return

You will receive a confirmation of your return request. Our logistics partners will get in touch with you within 3 working days to arrange a reverse pick-up. The product(s) you wish to be returned will be packed, and shipped back to us. Once we have received your returned item(s) in good condition at our warehouse, we will initiate a payment refund. We expect to complete the refund process within 15 days from confirmation of return request.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please return your product(s) within the original packaging. If the original packaging is lost or unavailable, please allow us 3 additional days to organize the reverse pickup.

Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been altered in any way before being returned to our logistics partners.

We will not be able to accept returns of customized products or framed paintings

No returns will be accepted after the 7-day returns period has expired.

Can I return a gift?

We regret that we are unable to accept returns of any gift products.

Important Notes and Restrictions:

Handikart is not responsible for loss or any costs incurred (including freight, duties and taxes, or import fees) for items returned without an RMA number or to any address other than a Handikart Returns Centre.

As a safeguard against potential abuse, Handikart reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or incomplete?

At Handikart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if part of your order is missing; please notify us immediately. You may do so by:

Log in to your Handikart account, visit the “My Orders” section, select the relevant order(s) and product(s) that you wish to return, and request for a return

We will be happy to replace any damaged product(s) depending on availability of the ordered item(s). In case we are unable to replace your damaged product(s), we will arrange for a reverse pickup of your damaged product(s), verify the damage on receipt at our warehouse, and provide you with a full refund within 15 working days.

Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Do keep in mind that we might be shipping your order via multiple packages. Please do check with our customer service team to ensure that the product(s) you believe to be missing from your order are not being shipped to you via another package.

Return Processing : If you’re facing any issues with a product purchased from Handikart, we shall help by verifying and trying to resolve your product issue as part of the return verification process. The Issue resolution steps may be shared with you as self-help, or with assistance over call or a Handikart (or partner) personnel may visit your place.

Handikart is committed to provide you quality handicrafts, but in case if you do not receive product in good condition, damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please return the product immediately and we will deliver the new product to you.

In case the item is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, the refund for the entire product or part(s) of the product will be provided in 7 days.

This User Agreement contains rules and regulations, policies, terms & conditions and agreement applicable to any person who may access or use Handikart, including any subdomains, webpages or extension of Handikart.co.in; you hereby agree and acknowledge to be bound by the terms of this User Agreement.
The use of Handikart and the services provided are subject to the rules and regulations, policies, notices, terms & conditions set forth in this User Agreement. For the purposes of this User Agreement, ‘User’ and wherever the context may require ‘You’ (or any variation thereof), shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user of Handikart by accessing or browsing the Website and/or has registered as a member of Handikart by submitting identification information/ registration details using the computer system of Handikart and accepting the electronic record of the User Agreement, has obtained a unique username along and a secret alpha-numerical key (password) for using the Website.

Amendment: Handikart Online Sales Private Limited (Henceforth referred to as “Handikart Online Sales Private Limited”) reserves the right to change this Website and/or alter the terms and conditions of this User Agreement at any time and retains the right to deny access to anyone who the Company believes has violated the provisions of this User Agreement. You are advised that any amendment to the User Agreement or rules and policies incorporated herein by reference will only be notified on the Website on publicly accessible links and you agree by accessing, browsing or using this website that this constitutes sufficient notice for all purposes against you. The revised version/ terms shall be effective from the time that the Company posts the same on the Website. [In the event, that the User Agreement includes a substantial change, the Company will provide 30 days’ prior notice of such substantial change by posting the same on the Website and also at the email address provided by the User to the Company. For the purposes of this User Agreement, ‘substantial change’ means a change to the terms of this User Agreement that reduces your rights or increases your responsibilities.

By impliedly or expressly accepting this User Agreement, you also accept and agree to be bound by Handikart Rules and Policies for Sellers and Buyers as provided from time to time in the Tracking Link.
