Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within our standard delivery time i.e. 4 – 5 days.

All locations in India have standard shipping charges applicable as per their respective pin codes.

Order Tracking : One can easily track their products with the help of Order no. or Tracking no. generated at the time of placing an order.

Shipping Charges outside India: Standard fed-ex rates are applied on shipment outside India.
Cash on Delivery Charges: COD charges will be added to Bill amount in case COD facility is availed by the customer.

Cancellation | Returns and Refunds Policy

Please read this policy carefully.

You can return within 7 days of product delivery.

Items are returnable if you have received them in a condition that is –

  • Physically damaged
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Defective
  • Different from its description on the product detail page on Handikart.

How to process return? 

  1. Go to Your Orders. (ensure you have signed in before)
  2. Choose an item that you want to return or replace.
  3. Select a reason for return from the menu and continue.
  4.  

We issue refunds for all Domestic products within 3 days of the original purchase of the product.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Exchange and Refunds Policy

  • Easy 7 days return from the date of delivery. 
  • The product should be unused and with original packaging. 
  • Any parts missing or a product different from the original one will not be eligible for any return or exchange.
  • In case of damaged products, share image to our customer care team for further processing.
