🔁 Size Exchange Policy

Ordered the wrong size? Don’t worry — we’re here to help!

✔️ One-Time Free Size Exchange

Your first size exchange is completely free. No additional shipping or handling charges.

✔️ Additional Exchanges

If you need to exchange the same order more than once, a ₹200 delivery charge will apply for every additional exchange request.


📩 How to Request an Exchange

To request a size exchange, simply email us at:

Mention your order details and the size you want.
You’ll receive a response within 24–48 working hours.

Once approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup from your address (wherever available).
  • A new piece in the requested size will be dispatched once ready.

If pickup is not available at your pin code, you will need to ship the product back to our office at your own cost within 5 days of receiving the order.


🧵 Important Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Product must be unused/unworn
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery

👉 Once a product is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged or returned again.

If the requested size is not available, our Return & Cancellation Policy will apply.

  • We’ll arrange a pickup (if serviceable at your pin code).
  • If pickup isn’t available, you’ll need to self-ship the product to our office.
  • Once we receive the product:
  • A store credit/exchange amount will be issued within 24 hours
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with tags attached
  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
