EXCHANGE POLICY

PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE? WANT A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE?

  • You can raise the size exchange request from a mail at Info@handikart.co.in mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24-48 working hours.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece made in the new required size and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready. In case pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, customer has to ship the product back to Raas by Handikart office at her/his own risks, costs & responsibility within 5 days of receipt of the product.
  • In case of size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need.
  • For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn & Tag should be intact and request should be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
  • In case the new required size required is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.

 

WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID?

  • You can raise the return request from a mail at Info@handikart.co.in mentioning that you need a EXCHANGE for the product delivered and you will get a revert within next 24 – 48 working hours.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you. In case pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, customer has to ship the product back to Handikart's office at her/his own risks, costs & responsibility within 5 days of receipt of the product.
  • The product should be unused/unworn & Tag should be intact and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • EXCHANGE will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the product back.

 

THIS EXCHANGE POLICY IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS/ORDERS DELIVERED WITHIN INDIA ONLY.
