Blue Pottery made its journey from Persia (now Iran) to the Pink City- Jaipur in the early 17th century. The material used in the making is a dough that is created by mixing certain ingredients like Quartz, Raw Glaze, Sodium Sulphate, and Multani Mitti (fuller's earth) in perfect proportions.
