Return Policy — India

We offer a 7-day return window.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
  • In case of partial returns, any cart-based offers (such as Buy X Get Y or additional discounts) will no longer be applicable if the qualifying conditions are not met. The refund amount will be recalculated accordingly.”

Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  • Refund will be processed after we receive and verify the product

    • Account number
    • IFSC code
    • Bank & Branch name
    • Passbook/Cancelled Cheque Copy

If the return is due to an error from our end (incorrect or damaged product), we will replace it or issue a full refund.

If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to ship the product back at your cost.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product passes inspection, your refund will be issued within 5/7 days.

If the return does not qualify, the item will be shipped back, and the case will be closed within 10 days.
