Return Policy — India

We offer a 7-day return window.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

• Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
• Items must be returned with:
  • Hangers
  • Bags
  • Boxes (if applicable)

Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

How Returns Work

If you'd like to return your order, please email us at info@handikart.co.in within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

We offer two return options:

1️⃣ Store Credit

• Full value of the product will be added to your Handikart wallet
• Can be used on future purchases
• Store credit is issued only after quality check
• Once issued, cannot be converted into cash

2️⃣ Bank Refund

• Refund will be processed after we receive and verify the product
• ₹100 per item will be deducted toward shipping & processing charges
• Refunds require:
  • Account holder name
  • Account number
  • IFSC code
  • Bank & Branch name

If the return is due to an error from our end (incorrect or damaged product), we will replace it or issue a full refund.

If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to ship the product back at your cost.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product passes inspection, your refund or store credit will be issued within 10 days.

If the return does not qualify, the item will be shipped back, and the case will be closed within 20 days.

Non-Returnable Items

No returns/exchanges/refunds for:

• Custom or personalized products
• Home décor
• Handbags
• Jewellery
• Accessories
• Items marked as Non-Returnable

Order Cancellations by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing info@handikart.co.in.

• Cancellation within 24 hours → Full refund
• After 24 hours → No cancellation possible
• Prepaid orders returned to us as undelivered/refused → Refund will be issued after deducting ₹200 shipping charges

1. Shipping within India for orders is free. NOTE: All locations in India have standard shipping charges applicable as per their respective pin codes.

2. We ship from our Delhi Office.
3. For Domestic Orders, we ship via Bluedart
4. Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 2-4 days. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.
5. Made on Order products take 5-7 working days to dispatch.
6. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.
